Running 2020

This year I’m focusing on building up a big running base. That means getting out there again on a consistent basis. For that reason I’m not keeping track of mileage, but of total time spent running. This helps me focus a bit better on relaxing and not over-training, which I’ve accidentally done before. Time to hit the trails!
